Golden Reflections

Golden sun upon my face

my eyes are filled

with light and grace

the mist it swirls around my soul

and the water cleanses days of old!

Golden sun you cannot hide

your heat lingers

through day and night

reflections cast of argent light

send shivers up & down my spine

Mountains rise

in shimmering light

casting shadows of iridescent

gold & white

Radiance glows and eradicates

destructive thoughts

that trap the brain!

Golden hours have

made me strong

warm reflections

creating magic thoughts

framed in beauty,

drinking in the view

my mind goes quiet,

and I finally

see the truth!
