Nestled high above the clouds

I hear the church bells

chiming a slow relaxing sound

I’m looking at the path from high

it twists and turns

through trees and fields

colored landscapes

seen only in your dreams!

I walk along the rugged edge

and see the dazzling blue

and catch my breath

The gleaming white houses

entrance my eyes

as the balconies and flowers

adorn the mountain side!

Th sea and sky meet every day

cascading tones of azure

along the bay

So I stand here mesmerized

shades of greens

and blues and whites

and suddenly I realize

I can wake up to this amazing sight

everyday

my own perfect little paradise!
