Silent Witness

Long are the hours I sit in the sky

spreading & unfolding luminary light

You refer to me as the man in the moon

I am the ‘Silent Witness’

I am watching over you

Observe the water

Observe the tree

Observe the beauty your eyes can see!

I watch as your planet slowly decays

your animals are dying

and the planet is sighing

Creation is in a dilemma

can’t you see?

one day you might not be able to breath!

We watch from above the Sun and I

It’s man versus ego

Wars left and right

So let me remind you

as I send my luminous light

You’re just a speck in the universe

with a fragile blue ozone line!

Waves smashing and roaring

making thunderous sounds!

As I watch from my window

I think it’s time to move out !

It reminds me of the ‘Rage’

that I once felt

a feeling that everyone has experienced

in moments of unpleasant events

Though you could see it differently

as a clear and beautiful sound

the frothy waves

creating misty white clouds

or a musical drama

with an explosive end!

Life can be beautiful

and tumultuous at best!

So let ‘Rage’ cause havoc and roar!

It will loose its strength

and the lapping of the gentle waves

will retreat and fade
